Cancellation by Participants:

A)If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a course or event, they must notify us in writing (via email or letter) at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the event.

B)Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule (except for the Surgical Excellence Extraction Course):

100% refund if cancellation notice is received 30 days before the event with a $99 admin fee.

50% refund if cancellation notice is received 15 days before the event with a $99 admin fee.

NO refund if cancellation notice is received 14 days before the event.

Cancellation by Enhance By Amity:

Enhance By Amity reserves the right to cancel a course or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events.

Cancellation Policy Due to Insufficient Registrations:

In the event that a scheduled course or event hosted by Enhance By Amity must be canceled due to insufficient registrations, the following policy will apply:

1. Notification: Enhance By Amity will make every effort to notify registered participants of the cancellation as soon as the decision is made. Notification methods may include email, phone calls, and posting on our website or social media channels.

2. Refunds: Registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of any registration fees paid. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise requested by the participant.

3. Alternative Arrangements: Enhance By Amity may explore alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling the course or event for a later date, if feasible and mutually agreed upon by the majority of registered participants.

4. Communication: Enhance By Amity will maintain open communication with registered participants throughout the cancellation process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

5. Liability: Enhance By Amity will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by registered participants beyond the registration fee, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other consequential damages.

6. Future Opportunities: Enhance By Amity may offer priority registration or special discounts for future courses or events as a gesture of goodwill to registered participants affected by the cancellation.

By registering for a course or event hosted by Enhance By Amity, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
