Instructor: Michelle Aubé
Michelle Aubé (Simmonds), RDH, is a dynamic leader with 30 years of experience in dentistry. As a clinical RDH in London, ON, and an educator at Fanshawe College, Michelle demonstrates a ']can do approach' in her multifaceted roles. She serves as maxill’s IPAC & CE Director, contributing to research, writing, and public speaking, and is a regular contributor to CDHA’s OH Canada RDH publication. In addition to her leadership in Positive Impact Dental Coaching, a company she founded, Michelle has held various regulatory positions with the CDHO for 25 years. Her mission is to bridge the gap between 'Evidence Based Decision Making' and clinical practice, fostering Best Practice goals for dental professionals.
